Edgar Blazona, of Modular Dwellings, announces that he
is now starting the construction on the MD 280. This 280
square foot unit will come complete with all the essentials. It
will be pre-wired, pre-plumbed and ready to plug in just about
anywhere. This building will bolt together in three large parts,
and can be trucked to any location near you. With the help of a
small crane, it can be lifted into to place and assembled in one
day. Although I haven't quite worked out all of the details yet,
I can tell you that this dwelling will feature top of the line
appliances, hot water on demand, superb flooring and best of all..
the MD 280 will be the first modern PRE FAB building to be
auctioned off on the almighty eBay.

Efficient and exciting. It reminds me of the case study houses I have always admired. Small but roomy. I would love to own this, I saw it at the caboom show. I look forward to seeing this on the market.
