February is Bedroom Month!

2-12-sleeping.jpgThis month we're celebrating the bedroom and blogging all the resources, products and inspiration that we find on the web, in magazines and papers, and from readers. In the meantime, tell us how much time you get to sleep at night. When we worked as a teacher, we polled our faculty and found the average was about 6 hours a night, which made us tired just thinking about it. We include two surveys here. How many hours do I think is best? Body says 7, I want it to say 5!

If I go too long getting less than 5 hours, my body starts feigning illness 'til I get some rest.
