Yay! You guys are a new favorite of mine ...
Try to find yourself a hosting company that doesn't set a cap on bandwidth. I've been using pair.com for years and highly recommend them. Their plans allow you to exceed your limit. Your bandwidth is averaged for the month and any amount over the limit is charged by the MB.
If you need more hosting options, just say something. I do this stuff for a "living" so I know quite a few choices.
