Mod Pod. Remember when we posted about Jean Prouvé's Maison Tropicale a few weeks ago? The Christie's auction took place yesterday and hotelier André Balazs purchased the house for $4.97 million. Check out the news brief from The New York Times. We wonder what Mr. Balazs plans to do with it...any ideas?

so andre says this house belongs in the tropics, does he have property in the carribean? i see it on the grounds of a hotel there and this house would availble to vacationers for the right price.
