We got to say hello again to Max Geiser from Fold Bedding. His Wallter line of DIY super easy wall decorations have taken off in the last year. Despite the fact that we love his blankets and bedding the most, these funky (and low price point) wall decor items have grown to become half his business, he said.

They are growing on us, ever since we saw them used in a headboard in Sunset's Breeze House.

Meanwhile, over at Masa's Eastern Accent we found the thinnest, most beautiful Japanes glasses we have ever seen. Looking a lot like Czech glass, these are even finer, and come in many, many shapes and sizes.

Mixing them up is the point, we were told. They are for sale at Takashimaya, Barney's and Bergdorf Goodman.

While the designs are gorgeous, and I love a line designed to mix and match, I am not the biggest fan of ultra-thin crystal. I think it makes guests ill-at-ease, feeling (even subconciously) like they are going to break it.

I love those Wallters in the pictures, and would kill for an excuse to play/work with them in person.
