This is just a friendly reminder that this is an official AT holiday. We hope that you are all enjoying a healthy and relaxing Memorial Day Weekend (what weather!), and will see you tomorrow in Gardening Month.
Also, we DO recommend - if you haven't done so already - that you check out Shannon's 2 Minute Mixdown of ICFF just below. It's very cool. She's inspired us with her creative and ingenious use of YouTube, slideshows and music and opened the door to imagining new ways of blogging such mamouth events as ICFF.

If only there was an open thread to post on for those of us who are working today and need diversions. I miss OT. We haven't had one since last Thurs.
Anne, usually folks just go back to the last Open Thread to continue chatting or posing questions. Having it bumped to the back page of all of May means it's a little more "hidden" and maybe folks don't check the back page.
I'm always bummed when nothing is posted on the weekends. Articles or comments from people. All the site traffic seems to be during work week work hours. I've never had a job that would have allowed personal time at work...or maybe it's that I wouldn't have taken personal time at work, because, well, I'm AT WORK. ;) That's just me. I haven't met anyone else with the same work ethic as my own, I'm an anomaly.
But for those working from home or are at home, the morning is a great time to sit down with a cup of coffee and see what's going on at AT. Even on weekends.
And evenings. That's another great time to relax just before bed, and browse some of the products shown here. I find it relaxing to look at a few things, probably because it jolts my mind out of whatever track it was stuck in, and moves it to something less likely to disturb attempts to fall asleep.
Uh, and then I wonder why I dream about chairs?
Uh, MAMMOTH.
