Though we've used them for four years, they don't seem to be keeping ahead of the spam cops (which is why you don't receive it, probably) and Tech Support doesn't return calls. We say AVOID THEM if you are looking for an email publisher. We're working on switching this month and will let you know when it really, really works again. MGR
Who would you recommend? Ive been in the market for some email delivery services. I run a merchant account lead service and our email delivery is crucial, but only about 10% of our leads are being verified by the user, the rest we have to manually verify yukkkk...

I hear that Bigfoot Interactive (www.bigfootinteractive.com) is the industry leader by a long shot... most of DoubleClick and CheetahMail's clients are going to Bigfoot.
