It's something we really wanted to do ourselves: create a painting of a loved one's fingerprint. We even tried it: took a digital photo of that special fingerprint, enlarged it, created a template. But we learned something. It's really tough to do this way.
Then we heard about DNA11 Fingerprints. The exact same idea minus the DIY headache. We prefer the fingerprint to DNA11's "DNA portraits" because the fingerprint is personal yet visibly identifiable to the naked eye, unlike a strand of DNA. What do you think? -regina
