The pitch: this is unique, aspirational furniture that evokes a romantic modernist mood. Four collections reflect four different moods: Great Cities, Bali, Milan, Marias and are simple, elegant pieces that could be mixed into a wide range of rooms. I emailed Eboniste 4 times and left 2 phone messages trying to place an order. Nobody ever bothered to get back to me. I took them off my "favorites" and will never try them again. There are other stores that carry the same things as Eboniste. If they are so disinterested in a designer trying to place an order then I wouldn't trust them to actually deliver.

I placed an order with Eboniste for two tables in October. I was told the items would ship in 3 weeks...the website said it would be 4-6 weeks. It's been 7 weeks. I've called, left messages, & sent emails to inquire about ship dates and received no response whatsoever.
