From the home of Lee Valley (Ottawa, Canada) I confirm that the catalogues are borderline hardware porn they're so good.
Go to the website, click on gifts, click on favorites and check out the stainless steel rasp - it's the best kitchen grater you'll ever find.
Could you please send me a catalogue of kitchen pulls and knobs? Thank you.
Please send a catalog of hinges for wooden kitchen cabinet doors.

Yay! Lee Valley is on the AT list! They're a good resource for more than just hardware-- I just got a stacking pot planter for my little balcony for this year's attempt at kitchen herbs:

They're also my favorite resource for paper (I mean "workshop pads"):

Nice, sturdy pads, reasonable weight paper, and you can always measure something. The grid is made up of light grey dots instead of solid lines, and the dots are 1/32" apart, so it's easy to mark off smaller increments.
They also have amazing & cheap little glue spreaders and other stuff that may be intended for furniture restoration, etc., but repurpose well as art project supplies. The only catch is that the website "search" function takes a little patience. Like Google, sometimes your results depend on your choice of words.
And no, I don't work for them. But I've been really happy with their stuff and I like their attitude. Ergo the cheerleading.
Could you please send me a catalogue of kitchen cabinet hardware?
