Finishing touches. If you are living in a tiny apartment but really want to treat yourself right, small luxuries are the way to go. We saw Turnstyle Designs new line of leather covered nobs and handles and thought they fit the bill perfectly.
Turnstyle Designs is a high end hardware design and manufacturing firm in England, but they have a healthy online presence. They specialize in "architectural ironmongery fittings" and are in another league from what we have seen in NYC. They have hooks, window closures, bathroom fittings, knobs, handles, pulls, etc.....
The leather stuff is the most exciting. It is European brass encased in hand-stitched English bridle leather. How's that for snotty wording? Doornobs are @$485 a pair, and door levers are @$370 a pair. MGR
