Please help me!!!! I've been struggling to pick a color for this hall in my new apartment. I'm pretty open to color as I've thought about everything from black chalkboard paint to terra-cotta.

Eddie, my friend had a hall like that, and did it lime green with orange paintwork/woodwork, and then had one of those round paper lanterns, and some (plastic) greenery - it sounds crazy but it looked really cool and exotic!
