A few weeks ago, I saw a candle holder on a blog and now that I've decided to invest, I can't find it again.
It was a table top candle holder, looked like the bottom of a circle. The inside was polished and constructed on a parabolic curve from the light source. As a result, the light flows up from the sides of this device in an upward cone of light. Very minimalist, danish, swedish, modern, etc. Very simple but a bright light. Possibly could have been an LED, not a candle.

I think they were about $70 at a store whose name I can't recall but not mainstream.

Any chance someone else saw this thing? I'm dying to find it again.

Does anyone know what NYS laws are regarding notification from landlord to tenant if the landlord doesn't want to renew the lease? There has to be some minumum time frame involved. My landlord just did this to me. She left a note saying we had to be out by the end of the lease AFTER she collected our rent checks for the month. Everything I'm finding online is about rent stabilized apartments in the city, not market rate apartments elsewhere (I'm on Long Island). I want to know if I have any legal justification to get more time.
