Congrats on being listed in the latest O at Home magazine!

I work from home, and I don't have a great swivel office chair, rather I have a CB2 dining chair (which I like and don't want to trade in for an office chair)...but I need a serious seat cushion. One that's back-friendly, and at least 3-4 inches high, since I've got an oddly high desk and feel my elbows/wrists are painfully out of alignment.

Any suggestions?? I'm hoping for not too expensive...but I need a boost! A cushy tushy boost! Maybe I make my own out of foam? Eh? Eh?

Muji has some great memory foam cushions that are simple and attractive and come in different sizes and shapes...
