apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Any suggestions for blocking outside polluted air from coming in through a window air conditioner unit? We live off of a very busy street with constant diesel truck traffic... it's a constant battle every summer to keep the pollution out. We have a fairly heavy duty air purifier, but I'd rather seal out the outside air at the a/c entry point. Thanks!

anyone have opinions about corner shaped toilets?
