I need a recommendation for an interior designer that will also give advice regarding a small but important renovation on a wall that divides my kitchen from my living room. I'm a schoolteacher living on a 700 sq. foot 1 bedroom so i don't have an endless budget, but I do need someone with a good eye and good taste! I'm hoping to find someone that comes very strongly personally recommended. Please let me know if you've used someone that you were very happy with!

Rather than recommendations here, I suspect you will more likely get solicitations directly from IDs.
I, for one, suggest that you give more detail, not just about the details of your job, but about your own taste. What do you like?
