Well, if ridge. is out there - here's an update on my Brocade Home order. I ordered last week Tuesday pm. The rep said the bed would hopefully ship by the end of the week. I was planning to have it this week so no part of next week would wasted waiting for delivery. Rep said I'd get an email with tracking info.
Monday am I called to ask the status (no email received). Rep said my order was suspended for no apparent reason. She put it through Monday, the bed shipped Tuesday (from Nashville) and I just got it from UPS.
No time to deal with it till next week. I lost a shopping day on the delivery and still have to travel home. More on the contents later.
