Wow. Empty thread today. I believe I have asked this question here before, but I am re-addressing the issue and thought I'd get some input.

I have what I believe would be called a "half-round" window in the front of my condo. (flickr.com/photos/lordscarlet/12825015/in/set-235515/) I would like to put a storage bench in the window. I would love for it to have the same round as the window, a flat front, and removable seats. I'm not sure how complicated this is, and I can not find any examples online. I have an idea of how I _think_ it could be done, but I really don't know for sure. Any thought/ideas/suggestions? The plan would be to include a table in here as well for dining.

Well, I guess I should have looked at your pictures first before commenting - they make everything clear. Are you thinking of having this custom made; that's the only way I can see to get what you want. My old oral surgeon had his office in a brownstone in Brooklyn that had an area like that. He had a sort of continious set of bench-like upholstered chairs (but the chairs had backs) that fit together and went around the curve. They didn't seem to have any storage though.
Good Luck.

I'm not sure I really understand you're question but I thought of those round ottomans that are actually divided into 4 pie pieces. They might be part of a coffee table & the pieces slide under it for storage and come out for extra seating. Would two of those pie pieces be what you're after?

Hailey, try Target, Kmart, Walmart. The usual suspects (with websites). Lots of clearance sales right now.

I also like some of the shower curtains at Urban Outfiters.
