Organizized.... After posting on Astech Closets in NYC, we we're tipped off to Newspace in St. Louis, MO. While Newspace can't install in our city, they do build and ship all over the country for you to install.
If you want to organize and redesign your closet, office, pantry or entertainment center, Newspace can work with your dimensions and design all the shelving or cabinetry you need. Being from St. Louis, we suspect that they have the good service that they advertise - 100% customer satisfaction - and are easy to speak with on the phone.

I want to reiterate how terrible California Closets is. The Long Island franchise services Brooklyn, and I had someone from there come out and give me a quote. After receiving the quote, I decided to go with them because they have a lifetime guarantee and they offer a Costco discount. (However the representative named Sally was visibly not happy when I asked about it.) When I called a few days later to schedule the installation date, I was told that Sally was on vacation and that they could not schedule an install date until she came back from vacation. (I don't know about you, but when I go on vacation, my work does not stop - I am expected to leave my clients information accessible for my co-workers so they can help my clients while Im away.) After speaking with the locations manager, he scheduled an install date and said the rest of the paperwork could be completed when Sally returned. A week before my install date Sally called to tell me that she had to cancel the install date because it should not have been scheduled while she was on vacation. I called back to speak with the office manager who in turn treated me like I was the person who was at fault and yelled at me. I filed a complaint with the corporate headquarters but was told there was very little they could do because all locations are owned by franchisees and have specific areas they service. My recommendation to others is to not call California Closets and try a different system. They have terrible customer service!
Hands down if you are looking for Custom Closets at a very good price - about 1/2 of what California closets or Closet Therapy or Aztech Closets - call Anthony's Custom Closets at 631-924-2200 - I received estimates from all the above and they all came in at around $6K to $7K and Anthony's was $3K for the exact same materials and I had them installed right away. They are located in LI, but have no problem coming to the city. They also have great prices on Frameless Shower Door and Mirrors - a fraction of what others in Manhattan charge.
I order my closets from speedy closets for about 1/3 of what california closets quoted me. The closet systems come pre-assembled and I received the shipment 4 days after I place the order.
