Hello AT,
It's planning time again, and every year I struggle, and then give up, in my quest for a design friendly wall planner.
I work from a home office and am constantly balancing home design with office functionality.
I need others to have an overview of our year's goals and milestones and am looking for a planner that has, or can be customized to include, the full 12 months.
So far all I've come up with is a standard, drab year planner. Container Store has this planner that is a little less corporate, but only works for one month at a time, rather than all 12 months. Do any fellow AT'ers have suggestions? Thanks! Sandra
I use an old filoFax and a legal pad myself.
Back when I needed such things, the most stylish ones were in places like Sam Flax that catered to the advertising and glamor industries crowd.

The problem with the Stendig and the Pentagram is that there is no room to write things in on the dates. I love the way they look, but I need that room!

Thanks for the suggestions, so far. I'm looking for something that goes on the wall as well as something that has a 12 months in one view (rather than a month-by-month calendar.) Stuck with this one!

i used to have a 12 month at a glance calendar from Staples (the kind you use those markers on that you can wipe off events when you change your mind). It's no great piece of art but you can frame it in a cool looking frame with a mounted holder for markers in different colors for quick glance). That would instantly change the vibe of it. Most of them are about 30" wide or so. It really helped me get an idea of what was going on all year so I never double booked myself for something...

Rustoleum has come out with a white erase board paint. You could do all twelve months on a wall or around a few walls in the breakfast nook or something. Then just stencil in lines and letters etc... with color Sharpies. You might was to put a light seal on the letters. You could also do the lines with simple color tape too. A bit of an effort to put up and together, but it would work. You'd never lose it and have it available every year!
I can't claim too much credit here. I'm taking that idea in chalk board paint from the AT pages myself. I just translated it to the new Rustoleum product.

What about getting 12 one-month dry-erase planners that you like? Hang them 4x3 or in a "time line" along the walls of your office.
