Does he also handle custom color regrouting?

Steve just completed two jobs in my apartment. He is outstanding and a true professional. He always kept the schedule as planned, followed up appropriately and kept me informed all the time. His work is exceptional and even passed the "sniff" test by my perfectionist brother in law! I would highly recommend him.

For regrouting, they might be fine, but we had them replace some tiles and put in some edging in addition and the work was sloppily done. While he's very pleasant on the phone, and has offered to come back to fix it, he never follows up on phone calls to make an appointment to return.

Steve is extremely professional and reliable, and is a pleasure to work with. I am a very particular customer, and Steve is one of the best workpeople that has done work in my apartment. He aims to please. My shower looks great, and they got it done in one day. It could not have been easier for me. A few of the tiles and the soapdish had to be removed and replaced (moisture behind), but Steve took care of everything...filled in behind with plaster, etc... All was included in the price.

Never use this man....con artist!
I hired Steve - from Steve's regroutings- 39 Egar Terrace, Staten Island NY (his name is Bojramovic) to do work in my Manhattan studio apt. back in August 07. He was, among other things, to do some electrical work, fix two closets, paint the apt. and install a new floor. He asked in advance money for all materials plus the money for the floor, complaining constantly he had no money. He started with the electrical work but he left it undone. He started with the closets, and also left them undone. He started with the painting but again the same thing. He announced he had to install the floor first. I waited and waited for months . Finally the wood for the floor came and since he said it was only 2-day job I went along and paid him the $5,500.00 he asked for the floor. To my surprise when I went to see how the floor turned out in my apt. Steve had disappeared taking the wood with him after almost half a year of lies. He stole the wood floor I had paid for, and stopped answering all phone calls for 2 weeks now. He has left me with an apartment I cannot live in, and is essentially a thief.

Lena500, sorry you had this experience. I am always worried that I'd be taken by a contractor because I am a single woman so I generally have a male friend be at my flat when doing work.
On another note, can anyone recommend a reglazer in NYC area to do my bathtub? I am desperate to to have mine done
