I live in Phoenix, and have known the designer, Viné Saccento, for a couple of years now (great guy, terrific designer).... the v2flat is extremely comfortable and it's as Green as can be!

Beautiful, and at 450 sq.ft it's not a whole lot smaller than my apartment... so when you figure in a nice lawn and maybe garage/shop you've got a nice little home on your hands.

You're welcome, Harley. It's actually one of the best coffee lounges I've ever had the pleasure of hanging out in (and that's saying a lot, 'cause I'm from the city). Drip also sells the furniture that's in the place - besides the famous pieces, Vine makes these cool tables and whatnot from scraps leftover from the v2 building process, and they sell the art that's on the walls, too, of course. The food's great, the music is always just right, and the people are the best.
