We love our pets, but... so many of us have problems with all the stuff they bring into our home. It's ugly. It doesn't work. It smells. Great! Hoping to find solutions easily implemented! I have a doggie litter box that is used for early morning, late at night, but it sits out day and night, although it's changed regularly (use newspapers or potty pads). It was a feat getting her to use it, so I'm satisfied with that huge success; my only disguise is a large plant in front of it.
Again....we submit the computer as a cat toy. ODB (Bob) has taken this on as his own. He has even pulled keys off (gasp).

Wow did all you big shots get together and decide it was pet month? I just received today's (or yesterday's) DWR newsletter and it was focused on Pet Products. Over at Design Sponge, their latest post focuses on pets too...
Hey dc I thought the same thing when I got my latest DWR email! And why aren't they providing the prizes again?
And what if a cat owner wins? Ok, of course it could sleep on the dog bed, but...the raincoat? The biscuits?
:)
I got a giggle imagining putting a raincoat on one of my furry hellions, er, I mean cats. Especially the prissy calico!
regards,
trillium
JenDC - funny, I thought the same exact thing when I saw the prizes. What am I going to do with dog bisquits and a dog raincoat? Hopefully, they'll come up with something just as fun and useful for us cat parents.
I submit the cat rug....

Moving into New York City with two cats was such a challenge, not the least of which was the litter box - how to disguise it in a small place.
Thankfully, I found this: http://www.petsbestproducts.com/
The biggest issue we had was travelling to Paris one long weekend and having our cat sitter not be able to find the litter box (our fault for not telling her!). Not only does it look nice in our home, but the charcoal filters keep the smell down (as does Feline Pine Litter - best litter!).
