Their fresh green color and crispiness always makes us happy when we see a grouping of them in decor. We've collected just a few Granny Smith displays here.
And look here for a fairly exhaustive look at Granny Smith green in home decor.
Very pretty. My fave are pears, which are my fave fruit to eat too!

I like to display Granny Smith apples in an old colander on my coffee table (which is an old wooden bench).

Fruits really do serve a double purpose. Not only are they fabulous to display - they can actually be used as food when the eye grows tired of them.

You can also pile a bunch of green apples in a top-down pyramidal shape. No need to make a square form. You can start with a rectangular base of 7 to 10 apples long repeated for 3 to 4 rows look amazing. I saw an example at the spa in Sonoma; it was gorgeous.

I learned the hard way not to allow lemons to sit out too long...when I found a moldy one. But I do love the way they look.

Had the same experience DC Christine. I used to display a stack of lemons in a black bowl.

I went though a Granny Smith phase. My current favorite apples are Galas.
