Euphorbias in San Francisco by Shayna

There is a lot of green going on across all the AT sites. Here is some of what was out there this past week.

The top pic came from Shayna at ATSF, who noticed the beauty of these euphorbias around Berkeley.

Sarah at ATCH posted some good pics from Sprout Home in Chicago. The NY location also has a wall of the tilandsias, a very fun plant and a good choice for the humidity of the bathroom.

Click to visit ATLA

Laure at ATLA posted on her dwarf Meyer lemon tree. Lucky Californians can keep these year round on their patios! Laure suggested some local resources. If anyone is in the Northeast or looking for mail-order, definitely check out Logee's for the dwarf Meyer (and mini kiwis, and coffee bushes, and dwarf orange trees...)

Click to visit the Kitchn

Elizabeth over at the Kitchn surveyed readers on what they thought about Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia entering the kitchen herb growing arena. According to the poll, it gets quite a bit of approval. Very curious to see what the 'dirt sponge' looks like...

Click to visit re-Nest

Jonathan at re-nest points out that sunflowers benefit the bees - and that there is a program that will give you free seeds and ask your help in reversing the dwindling bee population.
