Is this really rubber? This rubber flooring has a very leather-like appearance. It is available to the trade through Robin Reigi, though I've not seen it elsewhere. The flooring is available in 4 natural colors and in sizes as large as 39"x39". The rubber is about half the price of leather flooring, wears better than real leather, and is much easier to maintain.

But is *real* leather on floors desirable? I'm no vegitarian, but I think this would give me the willies, just like leather in bedspreads does.

I don't know how many natural colors rubber has but I'll take your word for it. :)
It does seem a bit odd though... I understand how someone might want cork flooring but not so much leather or rubber (unless maybe they have hyperactive kids!)
