Very, very pretty Jeeyun! I love the watercolors of food next to your french doors. These are my favorites. Great job.

Hi Folks-

Can someone recommend an "all-purpose" framing solution?

I have so many great photographs but feel a bit intimidated by how to frame them. I'm hoping someone can make a recommendation for a standardized wood/glass frame (inch thickness, etc..) that will allow me to hang my art with pride.

Can you tell us how you hung the art on the doors? Does it sway when you open/close the doors?

Also, I love the owl on the bookcase and the little guy beneath the owl. Did you make or buy those? Where can I get something similar?

Wow, Jeeyun, your paintings are beautiful, and they look great in the apartment! Looks like a nice place to live, and the nook shelving makes it extra homey.

I tend to hang pictures on doors that remain open. Otherwise, you start to scratch away at the paint (unless you put felt tips behind framing).

Love your apt (frech doors and white walls brings out your paitings). By the way, do you do commissioned works? Really like your watercolors and would like to see more of them.

Hi,I am so happy that my apartment is on AT! Thanks everyone for comments!^^

Most of the doors with pictures are the ones that remain open- my apartment has many doors to the living room. Leaving them open makes the place feel more spacious.

I bought the owl from a thrift shop in the Bronx, originally made in India. I was fascinated by the techniques- there is a smaller owl inside & it's all one piece! I made the statuette below the owl in a pottery class.

And yes, I do commissioned work in oil and watercolor. Also have prints- email me:

Jeeyun, your place is great! I like the small wall shelves in the corner for the pottery.
