WOW! BEAUTIFUL!! Great job. I'm sure it was very difficult to do...the details are amazing. :)

This is stunning. I love the cream against the deep chocolate background - it really pops.

Wow, love it! Definitely was worth all the effort.

Gorgeous!!!

Did you paint it in chocolate or prime/paint the cream on top of the chocolate?

Looks great!

You have a nice ceiling light, but it would be a fun touch if you had an actual parasol hanging from the ceiling over the light!

Beautiful! But why wouldn't you recommend others try? Although you mention it to have been a nightmare look at your results! They are breathtaking!
I was thinking of painting something myself but was skeptical until I saw this. Simply inspiring!

This is lovely. Tell us the process for putting it up!

Your sense of color is lovely. The bedspread is splendid with the dark wall and what looks like a light chartreuse wall (with the window) I actually think the ceiling fixture works beautifully. If you put up a parasol, it would be too literal.

Oh my - this is SO gorgeous! I love the chocolate with the cream silhouettes and then that hot pink bedspread - yum!

I sketched the images out on paper and had big plans of projecting them onto the wall... but i couldn't get the projector far enough back to get the image to this size... so i ended up drawing it with pencil on the wall. to get all the detail i sacrificed a small watercolor brush... The walls are a khaki color and i painted the chocolate brown on top. It took all day to do two coats of paint.

Thanks for all your compliments!

Though silhouettes, the elegance of the ladies come through beautifully.

Is this your original sketch, or was the image based on an existing drawing?

Exquisitely executed.
