The light alone is reason enough to downsize to 350 square feet — even the sleeping loft is cool.

I love it, except for the loft bed. I had a loft bed in my old apartment (10 years). It was always hot up there. I mean, there was something cozy about it, too. But when I moved to my new place and bought my first bed I realized that falling asleep and waking up in a open space is a much more comfortable experience. I love waking up looking at my bright, white, high ceiling.
