Looking at the recent photos of Chase Cohl's SoHo loft on theselby.com, it's hard to believe her home exists outside of California, let alone in downtown Manhattan. The bright, airy space is a homage to 60s Los Angeles, littered with feathers, tie-dye, and Manson Girl dresses...
We love the relaxed atmosphere she's brought to what is obviously quite a large space, managing to make it seem cozy and warm through the layering of mismatched textiles and personal affects. We also like her sense of humor, shown in the Rolling Stones-esque lips above the bed, and the porcelin plates by John Waters in the living room. The Rocket chairs from Andrew Martin are a perennial favorite.
