Love the storage stairs. Not a fan of the exterior cladding. I can see this looking very 2009 in about 10 years.

The exterior cladding violates code in so many places that I doubt you'll see it enough for it to become 2009. I'm curious if these architects violate code to enable them to build unique structures or if they pick areas to build in that don't have so many restrictive by-laws.
