While our obsession of owning a home in New York City dwindles with the current state of affairs, we might as well be unrealistic about international real estate, too. Today, we're looking at this brick Georgian Townhouse in Dublin — The New York Times shows us the 4-bedroom, 7 fireplace home with views of the Irish Sea...

The home is 4,090-square-feet and located on Eaton Square. We were most impressed with the location, garden and view of the Irish Sea! To see many more interior shots and price, see the full listing For Sale in ... Dublin and the slideshow.

I burn, I pine, I perish!

Actually, I studied in Dublin and would give my right arm to live there again...unfortunately, I don't have 2.6 million euros to throw into this lovely house.

absolutely gorgeous!

however, there is one little thing nagging at me about the last picture posted above... is it flipped? if one is looking north from Dun Laoghaire (where this house is located) to Howth Head, shouldn't Howth be on the left???

granted, it's 40 years since i was last in Dublin...

:-)
