Made in California, a Kithaus unit is fully insulated and pre-wired, and includes the aluminum frame, insulated walls, floor and ceiling, a waterproof membrane, sub-flooring, dual glazed windows and sliding doors. See all the options available from Kithaus.

Aside from the slatted doors and awning, this looks extremely ordinary, definitely not worthy of the pricetag.
I do like the yard in FRONT of the kithaus though.
