The downtown home of William Lee, founder of NoHo's Modernlink, was featured in The New York Times, yesterday. We've always been a fan of Modernlink and it's a great treat to see how someone with an excellent eye for furnishings, makes their personal space home...

The 1,800-square-foot duplex loft is in a former ice house at the corner of Broome and Elizabeth Streets. Purchased in 1997, Mr. Lee now shares the space with his wife, interior designer Angel Slay. Architect Carmen Lenzi designed the space. (All three have offices at Modernlink.) Check out Happiness Is a Tub Big Enough for Two for the full scoop and more pictures.
