Rent or Buy? Mortgage Rates Trickle Down to 6.06%

2004_7_mortage rates week 4.gifBuy. With rates dropping a little more in the past week, it seems to still be a good time to take out a mortgage. The Fed is expected to hike rates at their next meeting on August 10. However, with the price of real estate the highest it has been in years, and there are rumors the market will collapse in the next 9 months. What do you do? Buy expensive with cheap rates or buy cheap with expensive rates? All life is a gamble. (via Bankrate) MGR
