I recognize the butterfly fabric as mod green pod and the duvet looks very dwell like, but it's the headboard that I LOVE!!! LOVE!!! LOVE!!!

I'm pretty sure this is from a Domino issue from this spring; the house is in Brooklyn belongs to an interior designer, and the sources should be on Dominomag.com.
If memory serves, the (truly awesome) headboard was custom, made out of a blanket she'd found.

I'm pretty sure that the embroidery on the headboard is from India.
There are plenty of textiles like that, although with the arch part, and not the center of the arch (i.e., what is now the headboard), embroidered. They come from Western India, the state of Gujurat. You could pad one and use it to frame the top of a window.

miaeus- You'd use a white duvet in a CHILD's room? You must love laundry.

I love it, too! I wish I could know sources on any of the pieces! They look like Mexican or Central American embroidery, which I adore.

I looooove the headboard and the bedskirt (?)
I would use a white duvet cover though.
