Anyone recognize this couch? I am on the hunt for a great couch for my new apartment!

marabve--not sure it's the same one, but it looks a lot like the petrie sofa (or apartment sofa) from crate barrel. you can view it online. best of luck.

grnchr - thanks, that definitely looks like it and I love the style but waaayy out of my grad student price range.

Anyone know of good quality, affordable (i.e. under $800) sofas?
I have done searches on the site, but nothing really is what I'm looking for... not to mention my worries about purchasing a couch online (although living in Alabama doesn't leave me with a ton of options).

marabve- i thought i saw another one for less remembered where it was--urbanoutfitters.com. whereas i've sat in the c b sofa, i haven't seen this one in person so i can't attest to it's quality or comfort. if i think of anything else, i'll drop you a line. here's the link:
