We passed this over the weekend and Flickr'd it. We haven't been inside, but the whole shop is given over to selling off this fancy inventory for a limited time.
It is as it says: 70% off Italian linens, duvet covers, pillow cases, fitted and flat sheets. The address is 59 Crosby Street, which is just below Spring in SoHo. Anyone who's been in, please comment below.
i think this space is often rented out to temporary 'sample' sales..
I could swear I saw this same signage a couple months ago on a second floor space on lower Broadway, say at Broome or Grand...east side of B'way.

I was there about two weeks ago. The owner told me he is going to stay there for a long time, even though it looks like it could close in a second. Although much of the merchandise is very high thread count Italian, I did notice quite a bit of merchandise with Portico labels. That stuff is is now on it's third go-round, ie, Portico Closing Sale, Bankruptcy sale, and now here. Nothing is really cheap as most sheet sets are being reduced from $300-400 to 200+. Nonetheless, many beautiful things.
