Every time I've been to the "Affordable" Art Fair I've walked out laughing. Each year somebody writes it up as a good place to get started collecting art. I've seen very little there that I like and never ANYTHING for $100, as they always advertise.

They advertise "from $100 - $5000" at this one ($1000 to $10000 at the larger Winter "AAF on the Piers). While, yes, most stuff hits the higher end of the spectrum, there is still much more here that's attainable versus PhotoNY, Armory, AIPAD or even -scope.

I've purchased here for $200-1200 before.

This is a must-go show if you want to see a lot of art in one place. And it is relatively affordable, comparatively speaking.
