I did mention Open House NYC. It is the 5th entry from the bottom. It looks like a great line up this year. And yes, a great thing to know about.

I'm volunteering at the Equitable Building on Nassau St. on Sun. from 1 - 5. Say "hi" if you stop down then. There are a total of 156 sites this year.

The US Dept. of Agriculture Forest Service has a toll-free national Fall foliage hotline that they update regularly. It's 1-800-354-4595. (I never knew there was such a thing until a caller asked about it today at the visitor bureau I work at - go figure). Could be good for planning day trips to check out the beautiful leafy colors. I love this time of year.
