I love the colors of those cups. When I got my Illy membership it came with the Pen Tests cups (www.illyusa.com/AB1666000/showprod.cfm?ObjectGroup_ID=188). Cute, but not really me. I have to say, customer service has been great - when my kit arrived and one of the cups had a chip, I called and they sent me an entire set of 6 to replace the single cup. Now I have 11 pen test cups and a spare that lurks on the shelf with the chip facing the wall. :^ )
PS I love love love the Franics Francis X5 I got with membership. Delicious espresso every time.
