Hmmm.... looks to me like someone is undergoing THE APARTMENT THERAPY CURE and has completed their assignment to put one item outside, :)
BTW: When I put my one, large item outside (also a chair, I've had it forever, nothing wrong with it, just time to let it go), it was gone by the end of that afternoon. And it felt SO good, so liberating.... and I know that whoever discovered it was probably excited to find a treasure and give it a new life in a new home!
