Love the carpet, but what would happen to it in NYC with all the dirt?
It's such a shame about NYC: white on white with beige is my favorite color combination, but it can't be done here effectively because of the dirt.
I'm still looking for the color of dirt that is light enough to use in my space and still has some panache.
I have been working on my all white bedroom and really like this carpet despite the dirt issue raised by Terry. But stupidly enough I forgot to measure the room and see if this one would fit.

PS: If the rug is larger than the space, you can always take it to a rug place and have them cut and and bind it. It's a very good price, I think.
