He says it's in excellent condition, with original hardware AND there's another piece, so you can make it even bigger. Run, don't walk!
Looks really big and bulky, though. Wouldn't it make a room look small? Am trying not to infuse my opinion into this because it is not my style but what type of NYC apartment could you use that in? I guess if you have very high ceilings and a lot of space.
