This is apparently a Dodu bed by Blu Dot. In its current application, shown here, it reminds me of a bed in a bedroom in this design book my parents had that was terrifically '70's (probably because that's when it was published)-- all molded plastic furniture and beds sunken into floors, tucked into wall cubbies, etc. So if you're into creating life-size dioramas based on '70's design books, this bed is probably for you. -MM
