Objects in photo may appear closer than they really are. While this photo of the Nomad sofa is of the retail version, this is a great modern, sleeper sofa - dimensions: H 37.5" W 80" D 43.25" SH 16.5"; sleep area W 55" L 78.75". The seller (on Upper East Side) is absolutely right that this would cost you $2,500 new, but I would still bargain him down to $1,500 for a used piece and definitely get real pics or check it out in person.
