Some people (like the Scavenger's boyfriend) have strong feelings against metal beds. But when those beds look as good as this metal platform bed, it's a difficult dislike to maintain. -MM

i am so glad to have found this website and know that i am not the only one to be experiencing this issue. I bought a Pottery Barn rug for my dining room about 2 years ago and over the last several months, we have been smelling this "burnt" smell and couldn't figure out where it was coming from when we finally figured out that it was coming from that particular room. Now, we have spent a lot of money on this rug and hate the thought of throwing it away but i am very disappointed in PB for selling low quality products. Has anyone contacted PB and how helpful was it? I will contact them and let them know of the situation and we will see how it is fixed.
