Ha, I have that same desk in a burnt orange that came out around the autumn of 2006.
I have two giant scratches along the bottom of the drawers, where my chair would bang into the desk, totally removed the finish (could be fixed with nail polish in the correct color).
It's an ok desk, the drawers are REALLY shallow. But for $75, that's a pretty good deal.
