See My Artwork! Contest: #21 - Salvador's Love Collection

"Chicklits Study #1" by Salvador and "The Swimmer" by Eric Zener

Name: Salvador & Sirrine
Location: Soho, NYC

Pitch:
In our house, only Love. Only love of art and love of friends. We started by making art (but we are not artists), then collecting it from our friends, and now we feel a little confident and we buy it. We have bought some beautiful things in the past two years, that have made us very happy. Many people would not like them, but we do. After all, what is art for? It is not for being like other people. It is for enjoying. It is for Love. Please enjoy.

Indeed! Purchased early before they went corporate.

The long low bookcases are also a work of art by our friend, Raoul, an architect ... he designed them to fit the space when we moved in to the apartment (We can send along his contact info if you'd like)

Great Leo Villareal piece! I really like your philosophy of acquiring art, putting together and even creating things you love. Kudos!

Very interesting collection, thoughtfully displayed. I particularly like the long low bookcase with the pictures lined up on top. I think my favorite piece is the swimmer.
