NY Good Questions: Where Can I Find This Woven Plastic Bin?

7.14bag.jpgDear AT,

I am looking for a woven plastic bin that can be used as a hamper.

I like that many seem to be recycled plastic and they really give a nice color pop to a room.

I've seen a few around online but none in person.

Does anyone know where I could find one in NYC or Brooklyn?

Thanks! Alice

I have one that looks very similar, from World Market. It was quite cheap...but after hauling it to the laundry room two floors down for about two months, the handles are falling apart. If you do laundry in your house and it doesn't need to be transported, I think it would be fine...

I don't know that they are recycled but landofnod.com has something very similar. enter keyword "strapping" to see all their products that are this woven type. if you are in the chicago or seattle area, you could see them in person in one of their stores.

Pearl River! They have them there! Downstairs, under the stairs with the rest of the baskets. Their stock varies sometimes so if you don't see them on your first trip, stop by again.
